About St.Joseph Polish Church
Saint Joseph's Polish Church welcomes all to our vibrant Roman Catholic community, We are rooted in traditional American-immigrant values, built in 1902 by Polish immigrants that settled in the Denver neighborhood of Globeville. At that time, Globeville was mostly populated by immigrants of European descent.
The neighborhood remains and has expanded; and so has our church 120 years later, our traditions continue as we welcome people from the greater Denver area and around the globe, celebrating our proud heritage, centered in the Eucharist, that makes us one body of Christ in the universal Roman Catholic Church .
Anniversary of St. Joseph Polish Church
St. Joseph Catholic Church has blessed the Globeville neighborhood since its dedication and laying of its cornerstone by Bishop N.C. Matz and Rev. Theodore Jarzynski on August 17 and celebrating first Holy Mass on Christmas 1902.
As we gather during this Christmas, 120 years later, we give thanks to Our Lord for all the blessings received through His goodness and mercy these past 120 years and for all benefactors, parishioners and all families with ties to St. Joseph’s – now and throughout the last six generations.

Modlitwa do św. Józefa – Szafarza Łask
Święty Józefie, mój chwalebny Opiekunie i najdroższy Ojcze, którego Jezus uczynił szafarzem swoich łask; przez tę niewysłowioną radość, jakiej doznawało Twe serce, gdyś Go jako małe Dzieciątko na rękach piastował i ciągle przebywał w Jego obecności, błagam Cię, osłoń mnie swą ojcowską opieką i uproś mi odpuszczenie grzechów, głęboką pokorę, nieskalaną czystość, najgorętszą miłość Bożą i wszystkie dary Ducha Świętego, aby dzięki nim moje biedne serce mogło stać się miłym przybytkiem dla Serca Jezusa i zasłużyło na nieustanne zjednoczenie z Nim w czasie i wieczności.
Amen.
A special word of thanks to parishioners and our benefactors who are supporting Saint Joseph Polish Church by mailing their gifts to our parish office or donating through our “my-Eoffering" online giving program. For those who are interested in “on-line giving” and are blessed to do so, please consider a one-time or recurring gift to support our parish ministry. We are very grateful for your generosity and support!
